Do you guys see that according to Igors list, almost %100 of Cali filers got their NOA2s...Unbelievable

I look at it everyday, I honestly need to stop doing that because I just get mad. I need to quit checking the processing times and my case status cold turkey because it's starting to drive me crazy sad.png

Oh hey, Jan 2014 was added to the dashboard...

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=5&charttype=1

Oct/Nov was definitely the best time to apply dry.png

Edit: Oh, I think I'm late to the party, I thought I looked at this on the 19th and I don't remember seeing Jan '14, oh well!

Hi Everyone!

I just recently joined VJ! I absolutely love this website it has helped me so much during the process so far.

Timeline:

Meet online (cousin introduced us) 08/03/13

Went to Romania to meet for the first time 12/19/13

Got Engaged 12/25/13

I-129F sent 01/29/14

I-129F TSC received 01/30/14

NOA1 text/email dated 02/04/14

Alien # change 02/06/14

Visted Fiance in Italy 02/8/14

Future visit 04/24/14

I am the beneficiary and my fiancé lives in Italy and is a resident, but is a Romanian Citizen. In the I129F I put his current address in Italy and mailing address in Romania. As my fiancé would prefer to go back to Romania and have his interview there if approved. I hope this is OK and it won't delay our approval... sad.png

When I submitted the I-129F I did not include the Affidavit of Support form.....is this OK? Would this affect my approval? From what I read on VJ the I134 is sent to your finance after the I129F is approved.

I haven't received a RFE request to date; I am hoping this is a good sign. Still waiting for a NOA2.....I hope there is an update soon. :-)

Has anyone received a NOA2 with the same timeline as me? :-)

Good luck on this amazing journey!!!

Guys, they are clearing the October/November petitions. The last 2 or 3 belonging to those months got their NOA2s today. This is really good news since it means in the coming 30 days, they will be working on Dec/Jan petitions.

Hi,

First of all, Good luck. I guess you mean you are the petitioner, not beneficiary. My fiancee did not include Affidavit of Support either, I don't think that would trigger an RFE. By the way, our NOA1s dates are the same, we should watch eacj other timelines. I did not get an RFE either. I'm hoping for an approval hopefully around late April/ May.

I think you may be the only January TSC filer (non-expedite) on VJ that has already received your NOA2. We are all jealous of you!! ;) Hopefully we will see some more January activity for TSC filers soon. Good luck with booking your interview - let us know how it goes!
