Got mine approved Feb 4, 2014.

From what I can see you are from Phillipines and your fiance is from California? How did your petition end up at TSC? I think maybe you actually are not at TSC.

Can you please fill in your timeline?

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

I filed in Oct got it approved Feb 4, till now nothing. Been working with Ombudsman now & I have a case number. NVC still do not have our I-797 NOA1.

Happy for you that you got your NOA2. This thread is for January I-129F filers. We're all still waiting for our approval (NOA2).

Hey all,

I shouldn't be surp rised . Long story s hort requested expedite on 5 /19 and called today after hearing nothing to learn it was "fulfilled" on may 24th, though I wasn't aware because the rep imputed my E mail address incorrectly and on top of it all did not send the narrative behind my request. It was denied because to them I submitted no reason. Needless to say I was very upset. I re submitted and expedite request through a pleasant tier 2 rep who further suggested to make the request move quicker I fax a cover letter explaining what happen and attach my documentary evidence. I got right on it and went to fax everything to the number provided when after 8 attempts on three fax machines it kept returning a communication error as "no response" on their end. Come on can I catch s break. Called back again to make sure I had the right number was assured i did and requsted a new numbed. Was told that was the only number they had. I requested a supervisor who said the same thing and then suggested I put it in the mail, really. Anyone successfully faxed to TSC and can share a number. I want to try again tomorrow.

Lastly that supervisor indicated similar information I saw posted in this thread two weeks ago, that TSC is processing nov.16 dates.

USPS delivery: 3/6/15

NOA1 email notification (x3) : 3/10/15

NOA1-hard copies: 3/14/15

Service Request: 4/6/15

E-mail response: 4/27/15 (biometric letter returned as undeliverable)

Harcopy response: 5/1/15 (showing biometric appointment had been scheduled for 3/30)

Biometrics (successful walk in): 5/4/15

EAD/AP approval: 5/18/15

EAD/AP card mailed: 5/22/15

EAD/AP card in hand 5/26/15

Interview waiver letter:6/18/15

RFE: 11/5/15

RFE received by USCIS office:12/2/15

Sorry to hear about this, it really sucks!

Wow they are still approving November? I thought they moved on to December. Looks like we're going to wait 2 more months :(

It does look like another two months but then again people are getting different information and I don't know what is reliable anymore. It really is just a waiting game, a very unpleasant and frustrating waiting game.

Sep 12th, 2014 - NOA2 approved, case shows up online

Sep 15th, 2014 - Checked USCIS to find out that we were approved on the 12th, no txts or email although we were signed up.

Sep 15th, 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

Sep 25th, 2014 - Case arrived at NVC

Sep 26th, 2014 - Called and received case # from NVC.

Sep 29th,2014 - Case in transit to New Delhi

Sep 30th,2014 - Case shows "ready" online

Oct 2nd, 2014 - Submitted DS-160 online.

Oct 16th, 2014 - Police Certificate in hand.

Oct 20th, 2014 - Will have medical Report in hand

Oct 21st, 2014 - Scheduled fingerprinting

Oct 22nd, 2014 - INTERVIEW ......

Jan 12th, 2015 - Biometrics.

Feb 5th, 2015 - Written Drivers test - PASSED

Feb 12th, 2015 - Road Test...... fingers crossed....PASSED... mailed the card. Said would get it for a year

Feb 13th, 2015 - EAD card in production... waiting to get it in hand

Feb 20th, 2015 - EAD card produced and mailed... now should be waiting to get it in hand...expecting it in a day or so.

Feb 24th, 2015 - EAD Card in hand with new married name!!!
