I just saw that there has been 2 timelines updated that are January filers and approved through TSC!

Here's hoping we begin seeing approvals in the next 4 weeks!

i saw that too! but i think one was an expedite.

Happy as well to have a Jan filers forum. My Noa is 1/30. I am sure you are all growing terribly impatient just as I am. Truth be told when I started all this I expected an noa2 within 75 days and here I am at roughly 110 days. Truth be told I just learned last week I could request an wexpedite and put the request in today. Fingers crossed one way or another that January filers get some love and attention soon.

I applieapplied under extreme emergemy situation and compelling interest. I dont know if they will agree wit me, but I gave it a shot. I optimistically believe I have a chance. I am not big on personals but basically My fiances travel will be restricted starting next year for approximately 4 years

yeah, with the current 5+ month processing rates TSC PLUS an additional ~5 months for scheduling an interview in cuba....you need the NOA2 soon if your fiance needs to travel before 2015. good luck!!

How will we know that our case arrived at the nvc?

We try to call days now but the number is like dead .. Is not ringing. We email them a week ago and still havent receive a reply... What can we do? Will the email us when our case is there ?

01-08-2013 : We decided to be a couple and walk on the same life path!!!!

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

Guys! Keep positive. They are jumping around between November and January. I am in Costa Rica and I just got a text from my Mom showing me a picture of the NOA2 I received in the mail!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!

MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING YOUR POST MAIL. I was signed up for text/email alerts and I never got one. Even the USCIS website is not showing the update yet and my NOA2 is dated May 14th. (Just received it today but the actual date is May 14th on it)

Wow congrats! this is awesome news. We're ready to enter 4th month in few days, and I've been checking my case status pretty much everyday, I guess I should stop and check the mailbox instead. Our NOA1 is dated Jan 24th.

the guide (http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow) says you can call to confirm receipt of your case two weeks after you receive your NOA2. from what i have read from other members...the NVC will also send a letter - but it is not sent out immediately upon receipt of your case. so calling seems like the best option. maybe double check the number you are calling? keep trying!!

Hi everyone in January filing I filed mine on January 6,2014 and got my noa1 January 13,2014 alien registration !number on January 16, 2014. So praying I hear good news soon I'm looking for straight five months cause that's were I'm headed TSC IS VERY SLOW BUT WE HAVE TO TRY AND HAVE PATIENCE GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

I managed to get a Tier 2 person to call me (Mid-January filer) and she said they are looking at Mid-November filers. I think this was what she was told to say. Apparently I am still two months away from approval

Hi :) I'm not a January filer as my NOA1 date is February 11 but I've been following this discussion for awhile. I hope it's ok if I join this thread, I tried starting a February TSC discussion but it's been a few days and so far no responses. I have been avoiding the February filer thread because everyone in there has received their NOA2 and it's been depressing reading about interview dates and medicals when I'm not at that stage yet. I just need a support system to help me get me through this process :(
