our NOA1 was Jan 24th, we had hoped that the whole process would be over by september/october but its looking as though itll be july/august time for the NOA2 alone so me (the beneficiary) im going to book up another 2 week visit for the end of august, hoping that ill get through immigration okay and hopefully by the time im back in september we will be past NOA2 stage and well on our way to the next few stages so we will only be apart for another 3 months (in theory)! its a little annoying mind you that we have to spend over £2k on another visit (damn New England vacationers!) which we couldve spent on our wedding.

Weve been coping with the wait fairly well so far (touch wood) another month or 2 should be bareable but wouldnt it be so much nicer if we had some kind of inbetween notice to help us through? 5-7+ months with nothing is a long old time!

Likewise we will be contacting the senator of Maine once our 5 months are up, stay strong everyone, we got this :)

Met online - 9th March 2013

Met in person for the first time in Maine, USA - 7th August 2013

NOA1 text message [TSC] - 24th January 2014

Alien Reg Number changed - 27th January 2014

NOA1 hardcopy - 1st February 2014

Tiffany visited me in England - 25th April 2014 - 10th May 2014

NOA2 text/email - 24th July 2014 (181 days to approval)

3rd visit to Maine - 21st August to 6th September 2014

Interview (APPROVED) - 4th november 2014 (291 days since mailing i-129f)

We're going to contact the senator of Pennsylvania.

It was 4 months for me yesterday! My fiance is here and we hope it shows up while he's here...

I wrote my district senator about the differences between TSC and CSC two weeks ago, if we get to 5 months I'll draft a similar letter to one of my state senators and I'll include my personal info.

i sent a letter to one of my senators regarding the disparity between TSC and CSC processing times last week. i have not received a response back - but i saw where a Feb TSC filer received a response from the same senator. so we'll see. i did not ask for an inquiry regarding my case - however, i will be writing him again specifically about my case if i have not received my NOA2 by June 2 (5 month mark for me).
