January 2014 TSC Filers

I see a few folks from November thread (NOA1 Nov 10th-20th-ish) got approved in the past 2-3 days. This makes me feel a little more "believable" to the fact that TSC is processing around Nov 20th.

In December they received 1700 application. On avg they process 1500 per month. For that, I give them 1.5 months to process December and the rest of Nov.

This means, mid Jun-end of July for us Jan here ...

I know looks like TSC is finally moving all the Nov-Dec filers, that is good news for all that have been waiting for our NOA2. If they keep moving like this us January filers should be looking at June and July for our approvals!! come TSC keep them moving!

also a couple of Dec filers also got approved this week, so I believe that they are working on Dec and Nov at the same time!!!!!

Congrats on approval

As long as he makes 125% poverty income then yes he is fine. And 40k a year is beyond the 125% mark

I will hit the 4 month mark next Thursday! No response from my district senator yet. Glad to see some December filers (and some October and November) getting approved, haven't seen any of those in a long while! Disappointed at TSC for approving a few Feb filers (not expedites). My fiance is coming to visit next week for 10 days, hopefully that will take my mind off things...until he leaves...

Anyone noticing CSC filers that filed when we did, or even after we did go through their interviews already? That kills me.

I have to say at this point I'm going bunkers with the wait. This is certainly not the faint of heart.

EVERYONE, I JUST FOUND THIS IN THE GENERAL IMMIGRATION FORUM, PLEASE GO TO IT (log in with Facebook or whatever)...

Let USCIS know what they need to improve on!!

This is an open forum where USCIS gives us the opportunity to let our voices be heard!! There's a petition about I-130 and I-129f processing speeds and the current backlog. Vote it to the top!

We should probably come up with our own "Idea", does anyone have any input?

Does anyone else sometimes worry that they have forgotten something in the petition? We'd surely get an RFE by now right? I was so thorough. My main concern is that i did not included the printed I-94 because i had a webpage error, i included an additional sheet of paper explaining this and it had a clear label of what question it was referring to...

Ahhh the waiting!
