I talked to my friend who works for our congressman, she called UCIS and they said they are really trying to get everyone within their 5 month mark, she then told me if I dont receive a noa2 by june 22 to call her and she will have them pull my file. They need to move their butts and get the november and december filers done and if they are overwhelmed they need to transfer some to the cali center.

Well I contacted my district senator just now, asking her to try and find out why there's such a difference in the amount of K-1 applications between TSC and CSC, and to also find out what date TSC is up to. I also put my application info, I figured it couldn't hurt.

Awesome! Hope you hear from them soon, Let's us know when you do.

Amen!!! I think we have all said that, I guess a transfer would be a better solution :)

Yeah that makes too much sense to do that though Alexa. You know how the government works. I did write my officials my concerns and suggestions though given this horrible backup. We pay for this horrible service, and on top of that when you call they talk to you as if you are a criminal and bothering them. Certainly from my experience from dealing with the public you don't treat people like that.

Are we placing bets for June now?! It's mentally and emotionally exhausting!

I wish I could order my police certificate or do SOMETHING to work towards it. I know that I have to get my number of NVC though to get it done cos the police report gets sent to the consulate.

I just want some progress for us all! It's terribly discouraging seeing people all the way in September getting approved only just now. I feel so bad for them having to wait that whole 8 months

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

Yes it is emotionally exhausting.... I have to stop checking other threads ?

Just saw an approval in 23 from the TSC in the NOA2 hard copy received forum.

We will be at 100 days this friday , and i know most of you have waited longer, but i am sure we all wish we could at least start planning. ?

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

I see a few folks from November thread (NOA1 Nov 10th-20th-ish) got approved in the past 2-3 days. This makes me feel a little more "believable" to the fact that TSC is processing around Nov 20th.

In December they received 1700 application. On avg they process 1500 per month. For that, I give them 1.5 months to process December and the rest of Nov.

This means, mid Jun-end of July for us Jan here ... :D
