Wow, that is a LOT I went 100 forward and 100 back, there are only 6 that have the exact same date as mine. The rest are around 1/21-1/23 and there aren't that many of those, maybe 20 all together (including my group). Judging by your findings I have a feeling this backlog is only going to get worse

Just read about an April filer receiving their NOA2 in 13 days...just wow. Congrats to them of course, but wow.

Looks like on average they are up to the beginning of December. Only a few people have gone over processing time and if they did its by less then an extra month. So it looks like a definite under 6 months So May-July for us.

Hi! Im Jan 22 for NOA1, hoping we start hearing something soon when you said 100, I just thought damn..ahh I really wish that our stuff would get transfer to cali, so everyone gets approved in order not by luck.. eh whatever! lol

I can't help but laugh sometimes, I see people posting that "they're anxiously waiting for NOA2" when NOA1 was 10 days ago maybe. Some people don't even know what anxiety is, this process might actually KILL somebody that's anxious over a few days of waiting. They need to check themselves before they wreck themselves. Reality check STAT!

I totally agree with you. If not may than june or july. Our 5 month will be up at july 4th. At least by july 4th we can make the congressperson get involved.

So I wanna know from you guys what the wedding plans are?? Im curious, we are struggling with that. We plan on going to court house when he gets here and then having an actual wedding in a year, although I personally hate that we have to do that but planning a wedding within 90 days with our schedules seems impossible plus I can't plan a wedding with TSC moving so slow. I hate the 90 day rule! bc I would love to just get married once and call it a day not this twice #######.

That is what we plan on doing as well. Going to the courthouse and getting our marriage license and then having something nice later on. Planning a wedding in 90 days is beyond stressful and this process you have to go through with this is enough lol

We are also doing the same thing. We recently bought a new house, so the fancy wedding will be put on the back burner for now and we'll go to the courthouse within the 90 days..

It sounds like we are all doing similar things! I don't understand how people plan a huge thing with this process. I don't want anything big and traditional as is.... but I wasn't totally thinking courthouse when I was growing up We will get married at the courthouse and then do a vow renewal/re-dedication type deal in a year or so in Costa Rica with both families and extended family present. At this point, we don't even care what the wedding is like.... we will just be grateful to finally be together and be man and wife <3

I'm doing courthouse as well. Its sort of a turbulent time in our lives, so thinking of just getting our families together for the courthouse wedding and then going out to a dinner. I don't know if I want to spend that much money at all on a wedding, especially on top of visa expenses. I was worried at some point that it would cause issues for the interview and such. But we are not a traditional couple and we don't want a lot of the traditional wedding things.

I totally understand you. I had to book my venue a year in advance, so I estimated the date. I hope we will make it. NOA1 received on Jan 30, venue booked for Sep 7
