Hey guys, we have requested a file transfer from kuala lumpur embassy to embassy at Yerevan. According to CEAC website, they recieved our file almost 10 days ago, and I keep asking them what we have to do next, and they keep telling us "we will notify you when we receive your files". Now my question is that do we need to fill out form Ds-165 first, or wait for them to let us know what to do. Also, they still have my fiance's old address on file, and I think we need to update the address first, before filling out DS-. An I correct? Should we wait for their email or fill out DS -165 already? I asked them this queation, but they didnt answer.

Thanks
