Hey guys, can you take a second to check out this thread by Sweetswinks? It's about the Igor's List issue where CSC filers end up on the TSC approval list. If that issue is cleared up, our estimates would be so much more accurate, this needs to get fixed!! If we all whine about it maybe they'll do something about it!!

Can we fix Igor's List please?

I don't know about you all but I'm tired of getting my hopes up over quick approvals.

Aw  Thanks jfgk1987!!!

If we fix igor's list to not show transfers, AND change the service center selection to "What's the prefix of your case number?" *SRC, WAC or EAC* (As you suggested!) then we'd have no more issues with the timeline data and it can become useful again for TSC petitioners!

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

I just think that we are toooooooooo many!!! And there many many ppl who dont use visa journey site and we dont know them. It has to do with which paper their hand will pick! They first get them open them see if all the papers on the package are right and thats it. They give a case number and they put them next to the others!!! Some are lucky and they pick their package and some are lost on the mess!!

Even if ur country has a high risk they ckeck the papers! Every couple is different! My country if u check here has almost no applications. We are maybe 20 ppl on visa journey. And most of them dont update there timeline

I just searched for TSC, not transferred, all countries list for january and there are 137 of us that I counted (Jan filers only, not others months, at TSC, not transferred)

So January + Nov, Dec, Feb, March, April and may coming up there are a very big amount being affected by the incorrect data.

VJ just has to change Igors list to get rid of the CSC transfers coming up to fix the current stats, then just change the fields new members fill out. This is very easy stuff, I'd do it myself if I could. (I do this at work)

That's a great idea. I also think that expedites should not be averaged into the average time estimates. They are supposedly up to the end of January now according to the numbers.

Removal of Conditions

4/10/17 - i751 sent

4/13/17 - i751 received

5/3/17 - Check Cashed

5/5/17 - NOA 1 (dated 4/13)

We received our NOA1 jan 22, and were hoping he be here by June, but now I have moved everything around til the late summer, I'm suppose to move houses but everything is on hold now bc I couldn't take the stress anymore of rushing, so hopefully we all hear something soon. He already has all his shots. Sometimes I wonder if we should of took a different route.. my fiancé lived in the US for 5 years went to college and played soccer professionally here (that's how we met) and would of qualified for his green card on his own but after getting engaged we heard the fiancé route would be faster so we just started the paperwork for that. Guess its the luck of the draw!

Somehow there are CSCs creeping in there!

ziskayt (username) says TSC in one place and CSC in another!

I'm leaning more towards CSC being right for them since the approval was so fast :(

Yup no criminal record for either of us, good working record.

We even lived together overseas for over a year, and worked. I sent lots of pictures and plane tickets for evidence.

I've seen people from high risk countries come through quickly as well.

I would be happy with a good explanation of what the order in which they process is. It would make the wait a lot more bearable.

Here's a helpful link. I found a way to filter out the transfers (to other service centers) which appear in Igor's list. This search brings up all the people in the TSC with NOA2 in order, newest first.

I sent her a message to fix it :)

I wonder why a petitioner residing in New York would go to California Service Center?

No idea. It makes me wonder how many other things we read on timelines are incorrect. You know not everyone is good at that kind of thing! Sometimes I swear people have to be putting in the wrong dates.

Ohhhhhhhhh I'm ready for this all to be over ;)

It is so mentally exhausting but at the same time I feel good about being a part of this community! There are so many K1 petitioners that just don't have family and friends truly understanding the separation and feeling of sadness it causes.

At least we are here to help one another. It's for the greater good, we wantt to help each other so that we can be with our spouses sooner
