Finally an hour ago I got email and text message - NOA2. 7 months of waiting!!!

I hope for speedy approvals for everyone else who it's still waiting.

I just noticed u r from Massachusetts too, could you give me the contact and email of senator or congressman there ? I guess it is the time I get help from them. 7 months waiting. Thanks.

Hey guys, quick question.... our case got approved on July 29th, since then no update of case being sent to NVC. Does USCIS always update their website and inform us that our case was sent to NVC or sometimes no? Also, we called NVC last night and they said that they didnt recieve our case. USCIS cant give us any information.

Help........ i dont know what to do :(

I've heard of cases where USCIS didn't update their site or send out alerts that they sent the case to the NVC. If they sent it recently, there's a chance they have physically received it and just haven't entered it into the system yet. I would keep calling both USCIS and NVC and stay on their backs about it. Could USCIS not at least confirm whether or not they ever sent it out?

Wel, we havent received any alert or message, and the website was not updated. USCIS cant give us such information it the petition was sent or not (they keep telling that they cant look and all they say is that it has been approved on July 28 th). NVC told no package has been received :(

They did most of the work for me, very helpful, still had to call them frequently and push them for more inquiries

You will need to fill out privacy release forms for each office. I sent hand signed forms to both senators and faxed signed form to my representative. Let me know if you have any questions. Good Luck!!!

Sep 30th,2014 - Case shows "ready" online

Oct 2nd, 2014 - Submitted DS-160 online.

Oct 16th, 2014 - Police Certificate in hand.

Oct 20th, 2014 - Will have medical Report in hand

Oct 21st, 2014 - Scheduled fingerprinting

Nov 12th, 2014 - Passport in hand with Approved VISA

Jan 12th, 2015 - Biometrics.

Feb 5th, 2015 - Written Drivers test - PASSED

Feb 12th, 2015 - Road Test...... fingers crossed....PASSED... mailed the card. Said would get it for a year

Feb 13th, 2015 - EAD card in production... waiting to get it in hand

Feb 20th, 2015 - EAD card produced and mailed... now should be waiting to get it in hand...expecting it in a day or so.

Feb 24th, 2015 - EAD Card in hand with new married name!!!
