Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I guess it's going to be another 2 months till I get this stupid noa2. Shoot me already ???... I did contact senators and congressman and they are giving them the run around ?

I did look at my timeline :)

When i received that i was frustrated because i thought 90 DAYS??? I'm not waiting that long..but it is just a way to persuade you not to file for an inquuiry or contact them...after i read that i contacted congressman...!!!!

Hello everyone. Just an update from my end. NVC received the case, processed it, and shipped it to my fiance's country. I got the case number and tried to get case status so I can update my timeline properly, but https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx site doesn't work with the info the NVC agent gave me. I put in the info that NVC gave me, but I get an error. I only know when it was shipped. It was shipped on July 23, 2014.

So, the case left TSC on July 14, 2014

and then it left NVC on July 23, 2014

I hope this is somewhat helpful to you guys.

Congrats to everyone who got their NOA2 and Hoping for more NOA2 this coming week.

My case number was assigned on 7/23 and the CEAC page returns "your search did not return any data" when I enter the case number they provided. I'm confident I wrote down the correct case number so there must be a system issue or a delay in getting the info into the system.

My case was also shipped to NVC on July 14.

Mine went like this...

Shipped to NVC: 7/16

Arrived to NVC, case number assigned, got case number: 7/21

(case number returned error, paranoid, called back the next day to make SURE I wrote it down right)

Case number finally worked: 7/23

Shipped to embassy: 7/24

There's definitely a delay getting it in the system, when I told them I was getting an error tracking it through the CEAC I was told my K1 couldn't be tracked that way. (LIES!) I was told it was shipped Thursday when I called yesterday but the status still says "At NVC". Yup, delayed info.

Could it have something to do with the computer glitch/outage they're having currently?

Maybe! Between Monday and Tuesday I tried to search VJ to see if any other K1 filers had the same issue but I couldn't find anything. I wanted to make a topic but I was afraid someone was going to tell me to learn how to use the search function, so I just waited it out

I just tried entering my case on the CEAC website and now it says "At NVC". So maybe try yours again.

Jfgk1987- I searched the error message on VJ too. I found a few people who talked about it but there was never a resolution mentioned. I guess most people don't check their status until they receive the letter from the NVC and at that point the website is already updated. Thanks for sharing your experience - it's good to know others were experiencing the same thing and there wasn't an issue with me case.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/ according to that you can say you're ready for the interview. I've read over it a million times even though we have a long wait. Let me know how long it takes to get an interview, I'm curious with London. I want things to move as quickly as possible once we get our noa2

Today, she submitted the DS-160 (that is one long form) and the notification of readiness. Now, we just sit back and wait to see when they schedule the interview. We followed that guide, and picked a wedding date not too far in the future. Hopefully, that gets her an interview sooner. Will let you know when.
