Can't get infopass appt to drop off medical info

When we went for our permanent resident status interview we were told they lost my daughters medical information. This was incredibly frustrating. We paid to get another medical, and were told to book an infopass appt to drop off the new sealed envelope. Every time I look there are no appointments available in my area. I believe there is a place I can mail it to, but am not sure where to find it. Does anyone know where to mail it to OR if I go to the office with the documents will they accept it without an infopass appointment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
