Hi everyone. I got my NOA 2 email Feb. 5th and my case was forwarded to NVC on the 13th. I called yesterday and they said they haven't got our case yet. Seriously, what's taking them so long?Knowing im so close to being able to set my interview date is making me so impatient! Any february approvals got theirs yet?

Be patient. Remember, you are dealing with the government. They have their own time frame. Best of luck.

I checked the ceac status and it says, at nvc though the guy there told me it was sent out to usem today. hmm, why is that so?

Hey...who cares what the slowpoke ceac showed! Since you have your MNL case number, go ahead and pay the visa application fee at BPI and schedule an interview appointment. It's time to roll...!!!

We called again today to verify when it was sent out and they told my fiance we are under administrative processing! We get different answers from nvc everyday. :( am I still illegible to schedule my interview?

Since you're filing for the Philippines and you already have your MNL number, I would definitely go ahead and schedule your interview. I think I read that they're filling up June interviews right now. Your case will be through AP and at the consulate long before your scheduled interview.

You should call the NVC again and talk to a tier 2 person in order to find out if your case has been sent to Manila or if you are on administrative processing. If you are on administrative processing, then your case is still at the NVC and you will have to wait for it to leave the NVC before you schedule an interview.

we called yesterday (AGAIN) and the guy who picked up said it is not under AP but isnt sent to the consulate yet since they have only received it the other day. We got 3 different answers from NVC already so im getting really upset, they arent replying to my emails either.
