Filing I-864 form for AOS but the sponsor is in india.

I am filing I-485 form so for that i also need I-864 form filled out by my sponsor. The problem is that he is in india right now.he can send me a signed I-864 form only through email or fax because post mail takes about a month to reach here when its some official documents. I can't wait that long so please guide me if USCIS approves a faxed copy of I-864 .

They do not accept fax or scanned copies. He can FedEx or use DHL for sending the I-864.

The I-864 requires an original signature.

A scanned or faxed document would have a copied signature made by a machine, so it cannot be accepted.

Have you considered DHL, FedEx, or UPS for overnight service?
