Broke up after arriving...

After a long year of waiting, my Fiance arrived and broke up with me.

She is now in the wind and not answering my texts. She's staying with her friend whom i do not know.

How do I put myself in the clear? Whom do i contact to notify that she is not getting married to me?

I am heartbroken, in a trillion pieces and every horrible adjective to describe my crushed heart.

nope.

any monetary recompense due the federal government , ain't legally binding by the I-134 you signed.

OTOH, an I-864 is legally binding, and you not sign one of those.

Karma will bite your fiancé in the butt. If she arrived with a k-1 she will come to realize that she can't marry anyone and adjust status..so she is pretty much bound to be an eternal illegal immigrant (and trust me it is not a pleasant experience) unless she wants to return home.

Move on with your life and completely get out of touch with her. She might learn that she has no chance of adjusting status, try to trick you into believing that she's cool with you, get you to marry her and when she successfully adjusts her status, she runs out of the door again. I would say you are lucky you got off early before you guys were married and she got her green card. There are a lot of beautiful girls here in the US, don't worry you'll find one more beautiful than her lol

There is a big chance that she will try to contact you again or maybe even get back with you once she realizes that she'll be out of status 90 days after she arrived if she's not married to you. Stay strong!

Im a strong willed person, but soft inside. Rivers were created with my tears. But eventually, i have to swim out of my own depths.

I am hoping she stays out of trouble, watches her health, and does not contact me again. I cant deal with this. Again.

Wow! For a scammer, she's an amateur! I'm sorry that you met such a user of a woman. Such stories are what makes the visa process harder for everyone. Be thankful that she showed her true color as soon as she arrives. Contact USCIS asap and be ready with her full name & Alien number. As mentioned above, she will most likely contact you before her I-94 expires and beg for your forgiveness, the works! You seem like a nice person, so do stay firm and I hope you have not given her any key to your house. Wishing you the best!

She will contact you again and ask for your forgiveness so you will marry her and adjust her status. Once you begin the AOS and sign those forms, she will leave again and THEN you will be legally responsible for her care. Don't fall for it, man. She is a scammer.

Call USCIS to inform, write a letter to USCIS to inform that you did not get married, and she left upon arrival to the US.
