Do I have to notify the Singapore consulate if I will be attending my fiancee's interview? I tried searching the forum but didn't see any relevant info.

They usually only allowed after you notify them. For the US embassy in Jakarta, I had notify the embassy - I am the beneficiary- that my fiance will attend my interview. I argued with security guard a bit when they were trying to stop my fiance and showing them the appointment letter from the embassy stating they allow my fiance comes in with me. Most of times, even USC, if you don't have an appointment or confirmation letter, they do not let you in. Usually local security guards that the noisy ones.rofl.gif .
