We had to do a walk in at our local CBP office for them to correct the I-94. They will then print you a copy of the I-94. Call and see what days they do walk-in, and explain why you need it corrected.

Thanks for the responses. Everything is going great. Hubby got his work permit and interview is coming up soon, we are excited but so nervous.
