DS-157 Countries Traveled

Hi again

I had asked this question earlier, about a different form... but DS157 requests a list of countries entered in the last 10 years. What if he cannot recall? He's traveled extensively, particularly being part of the EU.

Any recommendations?

I had a similar problem when asked about all the times I have entered the U.S. I attached a separate sheet briefly telling my situation and that it was nearly impossible to recall all the times I had been in the U.S. in my life. They were satisfied with that, so perhaps a similar thing will work for you.
