When I-864A FORM REQUIRED ?

Hello Friends

Actually i am little bit confused about AOS documents

I have joint sponsor ( uncle ) is filling I-864 form ....

In what circumstances his wife need to fill-out form I-864A ???

Conditions :

1-Because She has joint Tax return with her husband Tax return.

2-Because she is a householder member of joint sponsor .

3-Because Her and husband combine income meet our 125% poverty level .

I heard all husband/wife has joint tax return in USA ( compulsory )

If all above condition does not occurs then ?

If any one condition occurs then ?

Please advice
