Interview requirements Feb. 21st (Split topic)

Hi Everyone!

I will have my interview this coming Friday (February 21st) and i just want to know with the help of your knowledge if i have everything i needed to bring for my interview.

1, St. Lukes Medical Result (X-ray result and Immunizations)

2. DS - 160

3. Appointment Letter

4 .NBI Clearance

5. NSO Birth Certificate

6. CENOMAR

7. Supporting Documents like Chat logs, Money transfers, Photos, etc.

8. Fiance's W2's ( 2011,2012,2013)

9. Bank Statement

10. Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

11. Instruction Letter from the US Embassy

12. 3 Recent pay stubs

13. Fiance letter of Intent (Dated recently)

14. Verification of Employment

15. The Entire I-129f

16. Passport

17. 6pcs of 2x2 Photos

My fiance told me i do not need ITR (Income tax return) or 1040 or Federal Tax because he is not a self employed. Is that fine? So do i have everything i need? Thanks!

8-25-2014 - Appointment letter Received (Biometrics) Dated for 8/29/14

8-27-2014 - Early Walk-in SUCCESSFUL!

10-3-2014 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION!!

10-9-2014 - EAD has been Mailed - IN TRANSIT!

10-11-2014 - EAD Received!! :)

I was asked for 1040, but i guess it depends on the consul, mybe some ask and some dont, not sure... my interview was last week feb.13... now getting ready to do cfo. gudluck with ur interview! ?

He sent me his 1040 year 2013 in pdf file format.. Is this fine?

Yes the 1040 in a PDF file format is fine. Just have it printed locally and bring with you to your interview.

A few things are not needed from your list above.

Visa fee payment receipt is needed also (and a copy).

Copy of income tax return IS required!! (best have your fiance email you a copy) Read the embassy instructions letter, section k.

k. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge
or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form
with original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be
financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income
tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank
statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at
