Not sure which box to tick (split topic)

Quick question as I'm preparing all NVC related documents before we get our NOA2: if I'm including all three years of Tax Transcripts/Returns, do I check only box 14, or both 13 and 14? One seems to contradict the other and I'm a little unsure as to which boxes/box to check. Thanks!

Check both. The form is poorly designed in this and many other respects but checking both works every time it's tried.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Do you advise sending the other two years' tax transcripts, even though I almost doubled the minimum income requirement in this last tax year?

I would send the last 3yrs. We sent the last three yrs of our tax transcripts. My wife was approved easily.
