Will NVC ask for 2013 ITR (split topic)

if we're going to send the AOS packet this month together with the requirements, will the NVC ask for the 2013 ITR? or would the ITR's from 2010-2012 enough?

They will not require 2013's return until 15th April.

thanks for the response "Hypnos" one more thing, are we doing the right I-864 form type since my husband is doing my petition together with our son? we've done I-864 form.

if there is more than 1 person in the petition, then you should use I-864. You are using the right form.
