We were at the US embassy USCIS, Manila around 10:30AM, we submitted our documents, paid 420$ to the cashier, and went home before 12NN.

The following were the docs that we submitted:

1. Form I-130

2. Form G-325 (1 for my husband, and 1 for me)

3. Passport-style colored photo taken within 30 days (1 photo for each of us)

4. Marriage contract

5. My NSO birth certificate

6. My husband's proof of residency (utility bills, PRC ID, drivers licence)

7. My husbands proof of US Citizenship (US passport, form FS-240 Report of birth abroad)

8. Proof of bonafide marriage (joint bank account, lease of our rented condo unit on both our names)

9. Photos of us together (wedding + we included photos prior to wedding such as aniv, xmas, graduation, etc.)

It was simple and fast.

We called the USCIS after a week and they told us that the petition got approved 2 days after filing. They added that our documents is now at the immigration VISA center. Impressive!
