We will have an AOS interview on March 21st. I applied on January 7. What document should I bring to the interview?

Since my wife came with K-1 visa, she could not get a CA ID, and because of that I could not ad her on my bank account. I would like to know if that will be a problem?

The only think that I can have as a prove of our marriage is wedding and honey moon foto, her SSN with new last name and the marriage certificate.

Can the Joint tax return be a prove too??

Be sure to follow the instructions/requirements listed on the AOS interview form USCIS sent to you. For our successful AOS interview, we literally followed those instructions.

Good luck on your immigration interview.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
