I'm hoping I'll get a call today from the heater place saying they have my part in and that they don't have to order it. Living with space heaters sucks. :P

My alarm went off and I woke up and had the very distinct thought and feeling that I did NOT want to go to work. Not only today, but that I never wanted to go to that place again. *sigh*

Oh well, only another.... no idea how long til my trip. Joy! :P

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

-Qur'an, Al-Infitar, Surah 82:1-5

Wow, it was so hard coming back to work this morning!!!! :crying:

The only thing that made it a bit easier is that now Wadi is working days instead of nights, so I don't have to get up early and get jealous of him still sleeping soundly. He was up before me this morning! Hehehe. :P

I have my final exams for my two online courses next week, and I am as of yet very unprepared. So that's gonna be my focus for a while...

Hope everyone has a super day!

Good Morning all!

Holidays still going strong here- lots of out of town company visiting. I spent all but a few hours of News Years Day asleep. Cleaned up from the NYE party this morning- mostly. I am monitoring the package I mailed to Morocco for the interview Dec 20, but those crazy Moroccans do not like updating the tracking system. I have no way of knowing if its cleared customs or not. I tried to save $60 for guareented delievery in 5 days for signed which would get there in abot 10-14 days. Let's hope the package arrives this week. I know Eid and the other holidays have slowed things down. BUT Interview is 2 weeks from today and I am getting nervous. I guess that normal, but it doesn't help knowing its normal.

So what was everyone's New Year wish? (With the interview in 2 weeks, want to guess mine? :P )

Hey there, MRS Noura. Feel good? Our day will hopefully be Saturday. We'll confirm that tomorrow.

I cannot believe how much we crammed into one day yesterday. We went out for lunch, then picked up the kids and spent the afternoon at the mall. After we pulled a very reluctant Mohammed out of the guitar shop we all sat around the apartment playing video games and watching a movie. It was so sweet, my youngest son was rubbing Mohammed's back because he said he was tired and Mohammed fell asleep. Boom, no more Mohammed. I woke him at 10 to go to bed. Leaving for work this morning was SOOOO incredibly difficult. But thank goodness the day is zooming by. Its a whole new world today. I feel I can breathe again. HE'LL BE THERE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GET HOME!!!! No more evenings sitting on the stupid telephone. HOORAY!!!!
