NVC Checklist - missing AOS form

Hello VJ'rs I need some help from you guys out there who had the same case as ours.

Our case was already at the NVC specifically, we are waiting for the case completion. Then yesterday my husband and I received a checklist that says:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR: BENEFICIARY

F._ FINANCIAL EVIDENCE

We received your Immigrant Visa Application: however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support form. You must submit the Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.

But my husband (petitioner) submitted the AOS already last Feb. 3, 2014. he got the return stub to.

I called the NVC last week and they said that the AOS and the IV application was already at their office and we will just have to wait for the review of our papers.

and now here it is, we both checked the AOS form and it is complete coz i have my own copy with me... but how come they did not received it.

Is there anyone here had the same case as ours?

Just comply with what they requested to be submitted ASAP. I bet you have copies before you mailed your AOS forms. Goodluck

I would call nvc first and verify if it is a false checklist or not.

To Mr&MrsA, thank you for the reply,.... yup we have a copy of the package but we do not know if they need the whole or just the form..... thank you for your reply.

To KrispyKreme, thank you for the reply, We will try to call them tomorrow hope they are already open coz today they where closed due to bad whether ( snow storm).

By the way our case was on expedite (Typhoon Haiyan), but my husband sent already the AOS packet before we received the expedite instructions on when to address the AOS packet, and of course we did not put

ATTN: PI Supervisor...... so maybe there's a mixed up of documents.

Hello guys, my husband called the NVC earlier today and the operator said that we will just ignore the checklist...
