Hi all,

Today I got a check list after submiting the civil documents over a month ago saying that :

"The document you submitted is not an original or certified copy of an original issued by the appropriate government authority. The document must be an original, or a certified copy of the original, bearing the original seal or stamp from the issuing authority".

But it is the original and it has all the proper stamps from the ministry of affiars and ministry of health in Baghdad it has over 10 goverment stamps from diffrent places and I sent both the original in my language ( arabic) and the certified translated copy in english, tried to contact NVC but they are close due to the weather.

Could it be a false check list? I am worried.

Thanks in advance.
