Hi all,

My cousin's nephew want to visit USA as a B2 visa. His nephew has few businesses and family in Cambodia. He will definitely go back after visit. What documents do he needs so my cousin can file online for him.

prove of business, house or land ownership. Prove of assets...which usually bank statement...etc...also your cousin (who live in USA) must file AOS and write a letter of intent.

Whoever requires a the visa applies they the embassy. Before they do that they need to understand they have to be able to prove beyond doubt that they MUST return. If they cant or don't do this they will not be granted a visa.

Why must the cousin file an AOS and write a letter of intent? Can you show me where any of that is required?

- whoever in USA (cousin) file AOS for the applicant so that when he/she visit USA will not burden government or wellfare..etc...

- my bad - it's not letter of intent, it's actuallly invitation letter from USA(cousin) invite the applicant to visit USA

- Assett such as car, house, land, or business, and bank statment of applicant which prove to the US embassy that you will return

An AOS and invitation letter is neither required or helpful.

A visitor visa applicant does not need an AOS from someone in the US.

A visitor visa applicant does not need a letter of invitation from someone in the US.

Where are you getting the information that an AOS or invitation letter is required?

The nephew doesn't know how to read/write English.

He had few businesses in Cambodia, Jewelry Store, Farm with few employees, rent, etc. So, yes he would go back.
