Today USCIS updated their website.. as of Dec 31st 2013, this is where their 'processing times' are...

Texas Service Center- May 2, 2013

California Service Center- June 2, 2013

Nebraska Service Center- April 5, 2013

Vermont Service Center- April 5, 2013

National Benefit Center- April 5, 2013..

Looks like California is still the fastest, following Texas.. while the other three are stuck in April.

Hope these approvals roll out quickly for everyone.. Guess they are getting fed up of us? no0pb.gif

Thanks for the post,,,,I am stuck NSC :(

I want to be excited by this news. VJ data now showing my I130 MAY be adjudicated between March 12 and May 2 2014?

That would rock my little world.

Sadly, I'm not getting my hopes up......

Good luck, everyone.

Namaste

Am i the first Feb filler who stuck In Nebraska or what .we still did not hear .i sent question on Avvo about our case its said this

1) - Sorry but you will have to simply continue to wait on this. Good luck.

2)-You need to continue to wait. Although, under certain circumstances your attorney may be able to get things back on track.

3)-Your immigrant visa petition is still being adjudicated. Unfortunately, some cases fall outside normal processing times. Your wife could schedule an Infopass appointment at the local field office to follow-up on the matter. The local field office may be able to provide more case specific information regarding the processing of her petition.

Have you done infopass, contacted senators, congresspeople, done service requests, contacted the ombudsman? Do you have proof of all of those contacts? If the answer is yes, then you may want to research the term "writ of mandamus".
