USCIS Updated Processing Times 2/18/2014

Today USCIS updated their website.. as of Dec 31st 2013, this is where their 'processing times' are...

Texas Service Center- May 2, 2013

California Service Center- June 2, 2013

Nebraska Service Center- April 5, 2013

Vermont Service Center- April 5, 2013

National Benefit Center- April 5, 2013..

Looks like California is still the fastest, following Texas.. while the other three are stuck in April.

Hope these approvals roll out quickly for everyone.. Guess they are getting fed up of us?

They haven't updated the tables up to date yet, working on those still. Will update with more info when they do.

Thanks for posting this, jsumner86! It looks like CSC is the only processing center issuing dates that can be relatively accurate.

What I don't understand is why VSC, NBC and NSC have processing date of April 5, 2013. Weren't all the petitions going to ONLY NBC around that time? I'm so confused!

Yes, they always do it two months behind now, but it helps those who are after a certain processing date to push where their case is.. If they put the date they were actually working on as of today, they would have tons of service requests.

What I don't understand is: WHY IN THE WORLD THEY KEEP SENDING APPLICATIONS TO NEBRASKA BULLSH%T CENTER WHEN IT IS SO BACKED-UP????

they sure have come a long way from their November 12, 2013 processing dates like the last couple months, eh!! we cant knock them for making some improvement... takes time folks.. i am at TSC and still waiting approval so i know what it feels like...

They sure have! I firmly believe this is because of our hard work of irritating USCIS (having the press breathing down their neck helped, too)!

I believe so also bdrew..!. Why they transferred to already backed up service centers.. I do not know..! I'm just glad I am not an employee of USCIS .

We were transferred to Texas two months ago, (May filer) and still waiting for approval.. hope it's a good week!

Our PD is Sept 5. I'm hoping they wrap up the August transfers (to CSC hopefully) this week and then ours should be next in line!

Has your case been transferred yet? I'm wondering if they have stopped transfers, or if they're going to keep doing them until the backlog is back to normal

They only did one transfer last week. According to the spreadsheets, they've only transferred up to Aug 20th. I sure hope they keep transferring, otherwise I'm afraid our petition will end up sitting at NBC!

I think you follow my wife on twitter? . I dislike the NBC very much.. I remember way before our case was transferred they kept telling us it was at the Vermont center, where in fact it was at the NBC the whole time!
