My point was Scott was stopping actual criminal activity and one of the criminals said he only shot the kid when he rushed him, yet he was arrested and had to prove his innocence. Zimmerman broke every common sense rule in the book, there was no criminal activity until the actual fight(which Zimmerman could have avoided had he identified himself sometime during the entire fiasco) and not a single person could attest to his side of the story, yet he wasn't arrested. His word alone was enough to set him free. You do the math.
