My Wife now, and I were denied a Fiance visa, so after weighing options, I went to China and we were married. Now I find myself in a state of hi anxiety, When I applied for the Fiance visa, I sent USCIS all original copies of proof of everything, I am aware now that I should have sent copies. Now I find that for proof of marriage, we need joint accounts, and a history of a life together. How is this possible when we have not lived together, she is still in China, and I don't think it's possible to open accounts without a social security number.

I was able to be added to my husband's account in his country. All they wanted was a few docs. ie utility bill, Passport ID, Passport photo, and his Pin number {tax filing number}. You can always do sworn affidavits!

The warmth of true friendship and the love that binds the hearts of husband and wife are a foretaste of heaven. God has ordained that there should be perfect love and perfect harmony between those who enter into the marriage relation. Let bride and bridegroom in the presence of the heavenly universe pledge themselves to love one another as God has ordained they should. {LYL}

So you are saying that if someone calls USCIS, they will not advise someone to file the correct form to get the job done ?

Calling an agency is the first thing one would do to start things moving. i pointed him to the right direction. of course you gave him more information which is good.

But just replying to people saying wrong is not the right thing to do. I was not wrong at all.

when next you attempt an answer with 'call USCIS'

I ask that you first study

the difference between an ISO and a CSR,

refactor what you learned,

and refactor your future answers to include the label 'ISO' .

Thanks so much, and Thanks in advance ! I know it's a slog to learn this stuff, but I do ask, nay, I beg, that you you make the time and learn it.

Otherwise your 'answers' become a 'lets vette iamwhatiam80 answers-slugfest' and no one enjoys that, not even me. SlugFests are painful.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Here is what it says follow carefully no more no less. I would not provide money as proof they may get suspicious. But read this....http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 BTW I just filed

1. A copy of your marriage certificate (If not inEnglish then again get a translation)

2. Evidence of a bonafide marriage (see note below for what to include)

3. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage)

They understand that you don't have much because you are not living together. But I have highlighted the important things
