K-1, any idea of what dates are currently being processed at the TSC?

Yeah, the deviation in the wait is maddening. Our NOA1 is DEC 19th, 2013 and we are at TSC as well. Based on the VJ metrics gathering that puts us a couple weeks PAST the "average" approval date. Y

TSC traditionally hasn't processed K-1s, only CSC and VSC, it's only recently that they've been shuffling various petitions to there for adjudication, so there's not a ton of data to go on.

TSC has been processing K1s for years. They may transfer petitions sometimes due to caseload, but they have always processed them there.

I was under the impression they all went to VSC or CSC. Perhaps it was just what was happening when we filed. At the time TSC wasn't doing any at all.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding
