Hi guys,

Finally the day has come and after weeks of gathering documents we think we are ready to file for Adjustment of Status for me. Would you take a minute to have a look at our I-130 and I-485 package? Did we miss any information? Your help would be so much appreciated. Thanks!

hi.. I am in same situation as you... question is your wife here on tourist visa or ? and she is currently living with you ? and is her visa expired?

my wife came to usa to visit me back in 2013 and I also visited her in her country recently... we got married on her second trip to the USA after 70 days... with a visa waiver program for 90 days and her visa will expire in 20 more days... after all paper work and petition is filed and she will be in the US without any status... do I have to file any other paper work for her to extend her stay ?

can you keep me posted or update me with information about your status and how long it takes for you to receive the petition approval.

can anyone advise if I can follow OPs steps for filing for my spouse ? and should I get a lawyer ?

I called the lawyer the are charing $1800 for all paper work and $800 if I want the lawyer to attend with us to the interview.

any ideas if I should us a lawyer or do everything myself ?

Thanks
