After 38 days in AP, K1 Visa Issued.

My fiancee went to her interview in El Salvador on Jan 8. We were placed on AP because we were missing her medical exams. While she went to the doctor's office the same day, and the doctor's office sent the results through their secure server (they say it takes three days), it actually took 3 weeks time for the embassy to receive the results. We were in Administrative Processing for 38 days. I checked the ceac site today and it says Issued. We are so happy! Now we start wedding plans.

My fiancé and I are currently in AP with the San Salvador embassy It's encouraging to hear that you guys were eventually issued the visa! I know your post was over a month ago & you might not see this, but if you do, can you please answer a few questions for me?

- Did you email the consular section of the embassy during AP or just wait it out?

- Did they email you when the visa was issued? Or did you find out from CEAC?

Congratulations! I'm in the waiting game right now my husband is in el salvador and they requested my husband's passport no interview and how long did it take after they requested your passport did you get your visa issued?
