Hi, I'm new here.

I have met my girl three times since 2011. We were thinking about applying for a fiancee visa so that she can come over and we can get married.

Has anyone seen the new i-129f form?

I have some questions:

What is "In Care of Name"?

Do I leave spaces blank or mark them N/A?

For Birth in the US, Does a Certificate of Birth equal a Certificate of Citizenship?

Because it asks for a certificate number.

For a Chinese Address, does it matter if I leave out district?

And if and when she gets her visa, can her family visit and attend the wedding?

Thanks.

Her family can only come for the wedding if they all get tourist visa's.

Honestly your best bet would be to get married in China and file for a marriage visa. It costs less long term and she will have a 2 year GC and SS card within a few weeks of entering the country.

See the example forms link at the top of the page the link should answer all of your questions about the forms.

If there is not enough space for an answer write see attachment # and answer the question on a separate piece of paper marked clearly at the top Attachment for form # I-129f

Thank you. Well then, what is the likelihood of that happening? Is it possible for them all to get tourist visa?

It's been done. Only one case that I know of. Back in 2006. Virtually an entire family was issued tourist visas to attend a wedding of a Chinese relative.
