What is wrong with DS-160?

Hi, dear people.

I think there are some technical problems with DS-160. It does not let me upload my picture and finish the form(I hope it is not because I look ugly in the picture).

When I get to the last step uploading my picture, the system accepts my picture, but when I go to the next step, it says [An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required.] I went back to review my form looking for errors and found out the [state]and[zip code] under [Family]→[Fiance/Fiancee] were empty blanks. I filled out the two blanks tens of times and saved tens of times, but every time I went back, there were two blanks. It seems the system deletes [state] and [Family] automatically. Because I can not finish the form, I can not schedule an interview. It really really makes me frustrated and irritated.

I see a similar threats on this forum and a lot of people had the same problem,but it was posted last month.

I wonder if anybody figured it out . Do people from the world share the same form? Or Japanese form is different from others.
