Dominican Consulate 125% or 100% for I-134 OR I-864

Greetings All,

Here is the URL for determining the Poverty Guidlines to determine salaries required for I-134 and I-864.

Remember the numbers reflected are for the I-864 which is 125%.

I-134 is 100%

is this true i saw this on someone vj post and does the Dominican consulate require the 125% or just the 100% and which form do they require the I-134 OR I-864

For fiance visa you need I-134

Ok so it doesn't matter its still the 125%

The i134 is 100%, so you would look in the center column, even though it states for military personell

So for the i134 we just have to meet the 100% guideline and i864 we need to meet 125%?

I was wondering we can bring previous tax forms with us to the cita it doesn't neccessarily have to be to transcripts?

It does not have to be transcrpits, but the transcripts are only 2 pages, where tax forms are more
