My co sponsor has no 1099K for 2013 . The amount of profit for the business was 46K . An email was sent to request a 1099K and the response was the requirements were not met to produce the 1099K . It has to be 20,000 and 200 sales . This is the evidence I have to support the 46K .

Amazon activity report showing 53K minus expenses total 46K

Bank statements showing deposits from Amazon total 46K

Email from Amazon (reason for no 1099K)

2012 Tax transcript (shows loss for business)
