IV package question

Ok, So My Husband wants to send me his police certificate, passport photos, and birth certificate to me and have me send them off... Will that be ok? I just dont want them to think something weird is going on since the package came from the US and not from GH... I am probably once again thinking tooo much but I rather be safe than sorry. Also another question so since he has to do his DS 260 online he just needs to print it out and sign it to send to me as well?? once again sorry for the crazy questions Thanks

Doesn't matter where the IV package is sent from. As long as NVC gets it, that's all they care about.

The DS-260 is an online form. It gets submitted online. There's nothing to print out and sign. You can print out the review and keep for your records, obviously, but nothing in relation to the DS-260 gets sent in the IV package.
