So I am assembling my application and will be sending it out wednesday. I have printed proof of having met in person including boarding passes, hotel receipts, dinner receipts, passport stamps, pictures of the both of us. Also including some proof of ongoing relationship such as letters, skype logs, facebook chat logs, picture of her wearing engagement ring, and engagement ring receipt. My question is can I label the evidence? For example I have a copy of a receipt that was our first date. It is on a regular sized computer paper. Can I just write on there what it is with a black pen? What about other things like letter? Do they need to be labeled or explained? Also do I need to date and sign all the pages of evidence? Lastly a bit unrelated should I sign my fiances letter of intent or only her signature is required on that? What about our attachment on meeting in person- should we both sign this?

Thanks!

Labeling the evidence or scanning it in and printing on paper then listing info underneath is acceptable (and what I did).

Her original signature on the G-325a form and her Letter of Intent to Marry , is only by her.

Follow the Guides, link at the top of this page.

When I sent my packet in, I labeled everything, and went in chronological order. I sent in things like restaurant receipts, hotel reservations, flight iteneraries, boarding passes, luggage tags, train tickets, photos of us together and with his family, Skype logs, copies of letters and packages received, etc. Any proof that is labeled is perfect. The more the better, I say! :D
