Guys,

I was wondering if someone can explain two things for me.

1) What is the new Immigrant Visa Fee? Also, can the petitioner pay the fees or does this have to be paid by applicant? (starting 1-1-2014)

New USCIS Immigrant fee

http://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-immigrant-fee

2) For the interview, do i need to bring two copies of PCC or is one sufficient? ie: One original and one photocopy (certified)

3) Will the applicant receive Packet 3/4 or are all the communication done via Email for Mumbai Consulate interview?

Thanks in advance

Where is your petition at NVC. You will go through NVC or are you doing DCF? That will determine what you bring at interview. Otherwise its all through NVC (accept the Visa processing fee which is paid online the site you sighted.

We received interview letter from NVC but no packets were mailed to either petetioner or beneficiary. Also, do you know if the finger print happens during the interview or do the applicant need to sign up for the fingerprint in advance.
