Say this "I already read the procedure links I am wondering if someone can answer my question directly because I'm still confused , where should I send my sponsor forms ? Can anyone answer me directly instead of sending me links, I am missing something on the links is like an answer from someone who knows." so please stop moving my post, it's serious.

Has your petition been approved? Do you have an interview scheduled? If so, did you read the paperwork you received?

You need to read your paperwork and sign up on the website they directed you. There are complete directions there. I'm not going to give you a link or a name because you said you were tired of receiving them. Good luck

visa fiancé k 1, and i want to have informations even i read everything about, i dont want to make mistakes, so please answer my questions.

You are a K1 there is no $85 fee for you. The affidavit of support (I-134) you bring with you to interview.

Go to your countries information page here and read up on what you need to do and pay where. You don't have country otherwise I would put link for you here. Just go to portal and go to your country.

I didn't mean I don't want a helpful link, I meant I wanted some advice from someone who already knows before I got another link.

My fiancé said that the noa2 form was vague and she was confused on what the next step is. On the USCIS website it says "post decision activity" when we enter our case number. Is the next step to contact the NVC? Fais chier

From what i read, you don't have to pay $85. There are only 3 things u need to pay:

1. k1 filing ($340)

2. Medical Exam (vary each country)

3. Beneficiary pay at embassy before interview (for Indonesia about $240)

So better you find out on your own fiance embassy review
