My new wife came in on K-1 visa in November. She had complete physical in Manila at St. Luke's. On her DS-3025 it has boxes checked as "vacine history incomplete" and "applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccination not medically appropriate". I wasn't aware of the i-963 at the time and we already sent in her i-485 AOS last month without it. My question is do we still need to do it or will it be considered and approved without it? If she does need to do it what do we have to do? Does she need a complete new physical here in US at a civil surgeon or just something related to the vaccinations? I live in the Denver area any recommendations on where to go without getting ripped off.

Hi, datkins! I actually have the same question now. I had my medical in London but still needed one more vaccine, the MMR, which I did here in San Diego at the Public Health Center for 10 bucks. I just sent in the DS-3025 and the immunization record I got from the Public Health Center when I got the MMR shot.

I saw your question was posted some time ago. I was wondering did you get a RFE regarding this? Thank you!

Sat, 12/02/2017 3:06 AM - Received notification that my biometrics appointment was scheduled but the document showing the date and time has not yet been uploaded

Tue, 12/05/2017 - Biometrics Appointment Letter was uploaded to my USCIS account. Scheduled for 12/22/2017 at 8:00 am at USCIS Tustin
