Not to be mean but seriously who in the world doesn't have access to a blank piece of paper and a pen? Why not ask one of his friends! His family! Unless he lives on a very remote location I don't think anyone on this day and age won't have access to it (I live in Guatemala and that's considered a third world country). Are you sure he is ready and willing to go through this entire process still?

You can get pens for FREE! To your door!

Or walk into an Argos, hotel, post office, bank, trade show... So many free pens in the world.

We came K-1 through the Philippines, and both of our letters of intent, were hand written on "plain white paper",..,,.

I "do not" know this to be fact, but it seems to me that it was encouraged, by our visa company to write it "handwritten," sign and date, but it was standard 8 and 1/2 X 11 paper,,.,. it worked..,.,. no questions about it.

Well, after years of reading posts here on VJ, you have managed to create a thread with a situation I have never seen before. No access to a pen and paper. Odd, odd stuff here. This somehow breaks up the monotony around here.

And yes, the G-325A can be signed later at the interview. Since the letter of intent needs to be signed for the petition, most people just include the signed G-325A along with the signed letter of intent and required passport photo.

Seriously dear, I've been reading your posts for a while since you've asked an advise about using a lawyer for your I-129F process and you managed to convince people here that you have a very competent lawyer. And I could see some trend that you tend to ignored people's advised even though they gave you a very good ones.

I have some relatives who live in remote areas in Indonesia, far away from Jakarta where I was lived before move here in Key West, and all of them had pens around their houses when I visited.

I have never been in UK but I assume UK much more civilized than some those areas of my country. Anyhow, most of people already answer your question and I am absolutely shock if you're still tend to ignore those. Good luck for the rest of your journey!

So the typed paper of the Letter of Intent got lost in the mail that I was sending to the UK for my fiance to sign even though I sent it Global Guranteed express. I've had people here say that it can be written up and not have to be typed up. If so, does it matter if the paper has lines or not? Does the size matter? He's using a A5 paper

Two accounts...hmmmm

Amazing no one here as seen your other profile. Profile name Udella&Wiz..... Troll much
