Has anyone done a change of address when you arrived at your POE? I would think you could give the Immigration Officer your change of address with form AR-11 when you are going through the check in process at your POE.

It couldn't hurt to have the form and see if the POE officer can accept it. I'd put it in an unsealed envelope, addressed and ready to be mailed. Then if they won't take it at POE, put a stamp on it and drop it into the next mailbox you see!

IMO, is ok to set it up in the ELIS system, instead.

Why? It's the ELIS data that is read, for green card processing.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
