Hello, I'm filling out the form and am a bit confused about question 7, in the item where they ask about personal property, what should i include there? also, when it mentions the insurance, it's not too clear to me when it says: With a cash surrender value of... can someone please explain it to me?

Any help will be appreciated, i'm kind of stuck in that question now.

If you have a car, what is the value, etc.

Insurance = life insurance policies, and what is the payout value if you were to cash it in now.

I bought a new car in the end of 2005. Should I put down the original cost of the car or do I have to find what it would be worth now?

I'm still paying it off - does that affect what amount I should state?

Also, this form asks how much money we have in our savings account. I requested a letter from my bank showing my average balance for the past year. Do I put down that amount (and use this letter as verification) or should I write how much I have as of today?

Thanks so much!
