USCIS states to use N/A and not leave any answers blank. It is not hidden, you have to be on the USCIS website to find it. You are trying to milk a bull for milk if you are trying to find it here. LOL. There is nothing philisophical about easy to read instructions. Remember you are sending your forms to USCIS not VJ. Yes you need to read more carefully.

If you find VJ useless, why are you here? No one is forcing you to use VJ.

I followed VJ (which by the way uses info posted on USCIS, NVC and embassy websites) for my spouse's entire process and I'm glad I did because it was great help. This website is a lifesaver for many of us and I find it offensive that you have the audacity to badmouth a wonderful DIY website dedicated to helping people through immigration processes.

People these days!

My curiosity growing, seriously. Id like to see this instruction. I might misread and i might apologize for this;))

Dispute on public instructions is useless, everyone could read these instructions here:

Here http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-130instr.pdf , page 2, General Instructions:

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with "N/A." If the answer is none, write "none."

Hopefully this can help you if you still wonder.

About VJ, i think its enormous source of useful information, if you use it rightly. Just a choice.
