I filled out forms using information here and then found out I had made a lot of mistakes. I went to USCIS.com and got the right information and had no RFEs. This site will tell you to put none where N/A is what USCIS wants. A lot of information here might have been correct years ago. Go to USCIS for the up to date forms and info you need. USCIS is all you need. This site is only for amusement.

But, I like amusement and the un-vette-ability to stay current.

It's sweet, I tell ya, sweet !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Just because the information here is different from USCIS doesn't necessarily mean that it's wrong. E.g I didn't use none or n/a I simply left it blank and I still got approved with no RFE.

Users do try to update this site as much as possible. Also it's a guide to help people throughout their visa journey. They're still free to look elsewhere if they please.

I wonder if OP is looking for spouse or housekeeper...

"The ridiculous time for legal immigration has been hard on our relationship. I have been supporting her there and me here. I have expensive phone bills. I have been trying to teach her English for 5 years and we still have trouble communicating. The volcanos have been erupting in Indonesia and my wife can only say, mountain go boom. I know English is hard to learn but I have been trying to teach her for 5 years. We talk twice as long because it is always, say it again please 3 or 4 or 5 times. The words he and she makes a big difference my wife found out. I would NEVER advise anyone to marry someone abroad because of the difficulties and length of time waiting. I am disabled with pain and I thought we could help each other but the language barrier is a big problem. (Content violating TOS removed - VJ Moderation)

hahahahahahaha

wowwww

haha that cracked me up, so romantic

I do believe I reported that post for visa fraud for the bolded line.. (Thread you reported hidden pending edit of content - VJ Moderation)

Im pretty curious where are you reading this, that you have to put N/A only?

Strange, it is some hidden USCIS instruction? They usually say:

Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with "N/A." If the answer is none, write "none."

Same ole problem everybody is writing and nobody reading.

Btw "None or N/A" could be a subject of verbalrolleyes.gif dispute, also of philosophical one:))).

I'd say if you read, read carefully, even VJ.

USCIS states to use N/A and not leave any answers blank. It is not hidden, you have to be on the USCIS website to find it. You are trying to milk a bull for milk if you are trying to find it here. LOL. There is nothing philisophical about easy to read instructions. Remember you are sending your forms to USCIS not VJ. Yes you need to read more carefully.

You will have bigger fish to fry with USCIS if your 'spouse' could not pass her interview with her limited English.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Just because the information here is different from USCIS doesn't necessarily mean that it's wrong. E.g I didn't use none or n/a I simply left it blank and I still got approved with no RFE.

Users do try to update this site as much as possible. Also it's a guide to help people throughout their visa journey. They're still free to look elsewhere if they please.

You are lucky they approved you with blank answers. USCIS states to not leave any questions not answered.

yes if you use a different word like no when yes is correct, the word no is wrong. .
