Hi to all VJ family. I am worried if AP will allow me to travel to Philippines that my I-194 is already expired last November 4, 2013.

We filed our AOS, EAD & AP last December 30, 2013 and had my Biometric last February 3, 2014.

Can I go back without any problem with AP even my i194 is expired?

Thank you so much for your answers.

If you have the AP, yes you should be fine. Especially since you filed the AOS before 180 days overstay. Not that the overstay time matters but there have been cases here where some people due to very long overstays before they filed their AOS, had a hard time or got denied from entering on AP. In your case, you should be fine.

Once you have the EAD/AP combo card, you may travel outside the US. When you return, you will be paroled back into the US. It may take a bit of time at your POE so plan any connecting flights accordingly. You might also check with your airlines as there have been a couple of reports--Frontier and Delta--do not understand what the AP card is for.

Good luck,

Dave

Hi Dave & Rosa , thank you for the reminder, yes been reading some experiences to their POE.

I am still waiting for my Combo Card since December 30, 2013. Hoping for the grace I can get it soon.

God Bless and I appreciated it.
